We are committed to keeping the use of cookies (small text files saved to your computer) to a minimum – but some are necessary for the functioning of the website, and to help us make the website easier to use.
You can choose to enable or disable Cookies in your internet browser. Most internet browsers also enable you to choose whether you wish to disable all cookies or only third party cookies. By default, most internet browsers accept Cookies but this can be changed. For further details, please consult the help menu in your internet browser or the documentation that came with your device.

WordPress
The website has been built using WordPress, which places one ‘session cookie’ on your computer when you arrive on the website. This is a session cookie which tells the website that you are the same person requesting the webpages, and not a new visitor to each page. This cookie does not identify you personally and is not linked to any other information we store about you. Further information is available in the WordPress Codex, see WordPress Cookies.
Paypal
Paypal uses the PYPF cookie to pass our information over to them when you click on a button to send us a payment. None of your personal data is captured on our site, all of it is submitted at the PayPal site. Paypal then shares your data so we know it was you who issued the payment to us. If you have cookies turned off, then our payment buttons may not work correctly.
Google Analytics
When someone visits www.evestockton.com site, we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. Further information is available at Google Analytics
Mailing List
As part of the registration process for our marketing and event newsletter list, we collect personal information.
We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t sell, rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our emails. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer Eve Stockton.
Art Purchases
When you purchase my art through an art gallery representative, they will collect your name, address, email, phone number, payment information or other information required to deliver the artwork to you. Their terms of service and privacy policy apply to your purchase; we do not receive your personal information. If you purchase art directly through Eve Stockton, we will collect the above mentioned information necessary to deliver your art, and share it only with the shipping company if applicable. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.
